Four, one hour sessions (Voice or Video Call) A plan to get you on track Continuous email access and support Homework assignments Dedicated cheer-leader and encouragement Just 60 minutes a week with me can make a massive difference to your life and healing. You will also receive unlimited text support in between our sessions, as I know things come up that you will need additional support with. Remember,  you don't have to do this alone, I am here and I can help you. Investment: £295 per month *Book and schedule one session today, I will then be in touch to schedule in the subsequent 3 sessions. All sessions are done using WhatsApp, please make sure you have this installed. After booking, I will text you to confirm.
